Hyde Park Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our guest operations for our Grand Re-opening in Akron, OH! The Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in managing a team.

Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, food costs, and revenue.
- Guest Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring satisfaction, and loyalty
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management.
- Proven track record of financial management and budgeting.
- Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
