This successful 11 store take out Pizza Franchisee offers real growth opportunities for high performers. They have consistently opened 1-2 new stores annually since their inception. Besides growth, they offer an attractive bonus structure, benefits, and a 401k company match.
**They have purchased a brand new food truck and are currently seeking a General Manager to operate this new sector of their business.
Employees and Management do not work over 40 - 45 house per week.
The Franchisor has over 50 locations in Ohio.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years Management experience with any QSR, Fast Casual, or Full Service Restaurant company or group.
Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS
$60,000-$65,000 plus bonus
