will be collaborating closely with the broader operations team. You will be part of a team

The Lead AM Line Cook must have a basic understanding of the kitchen operation within a busy restaurant/hotel. Responsible for producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner. This person has basic skills in department training and can assume department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, basic cost control understanding, basic communication, leadership skills and computer skills. May assist in monitoring payroll costs & overtime. Responsibilities include supervising hourly AM cooks.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be able to start shifts anywhere between 5 AM and 8 AM.
- At least 3 years’ culinary experience is preferred, with breakfast experience required.
- Familiar with a la carte service and health department codes.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
