Our Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach location in Lahaina, HI is looking for a Linkage Marketing Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team.

Pay:$14 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages production pay) for Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach Worksite in 2024 was between $34,796 and $127,018. (UNCAPPED commission & bonuses!!)

Schedule: Hours range from 7am to 8pm (shifts are typically 7am-1:30pm and 1:30pm -8pm), rotating shifts, 5 days per week, must be flexible/open to working on weekends.

As a Coordinator Marketing Linkage, a typical day will include:

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing Linkage:

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
