Standard hours will be 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

What Are You Responsible For?

A VIP Attendant – Housekeeping plays a vital role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and delivering personalized service for our most valued guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing guest rooms for VIP arrivals: Ensuring rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and arranging special amenities or guest-requested items
• Restocking supplies: Replenishing amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and customized requests to ensure comfort and convenience
• Reporting maintenance issues: Identifying and promptly reporting safety hazards or maintenance concerns to ensure a safe and fully functional environment
• Maintaining high cleanliness standards: Upholding impeccable housekeeping standards that directly impact guest satisfaction and the hotel’s reputation
  
  

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering elevated guest service.

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products
• The ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Physical mobility and stamina
• The ability to follow detailed instructions
