What Are You Responsible For?
A VIP Attendant – Housekeeping plays a vital role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and delivering personalized service for our most valued guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing guest rooms for VIP arrivals: Ensuring rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and arranging special amenities or guest-requested items
- Restocking supplies: Replenishing amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and customized requests to ensure comfort and convenience
- Reporting maintenance issues: Identifying and promptly reporting safety hazards or maintenance concerns to ensure a safe and fully functional environment
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards: Upholding impeccable housekeeping standards that directly impact guest satisfaction and the hotel’s reputation
QualificationsHow Do You Know If This Job Is for You?
You have:
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products
- The ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Physical mobility and stamina
- The ability to follow detailed instructions
- A professional, courteous, and polished demeanor
