We’re seeking a unique individual who will embody the heart and soul of the Fort Worth Stockyards while caring deeply about our brand and community – someone who acts as an extension of our mission, values, and culture. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Embody the values guiding principles of Hotel Drover
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a demanding, fast paced environment
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning resources
• Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly
• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping
• Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in the guest room
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leader

MUST-HAVES:

• Passion for creating an amazing experience for our guests
• Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate in the English language
• Operate with passion, respect, integrity, dedication, and empowerment to all team members and hotel guests

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
• Available to work a varied schedule that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible
• Must possess the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
