Valet Runner

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests and patrons visiting the property.
• Open car doors and assist guests and patrons as they get in and out of vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify special needs of guests/patrons and notify teammates as they enter and leave the building.
• Assist with unloading and loading guests’ luggage.
• Park vehicles safely.
• Retrieve vehicles for guests and patrons in a timely manner.
• Ensure parked vehicles are locked and keys are stored safely or returned to owner.
• Answer questions about the Fort Worth Stockyards offerings.
• Other duties, as assigned.

MUST HAVES:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Neat appearance.
• Crisp upkeep of uniform.
• Professional demeanor.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A valid driver’s license.
• No prior traffic offenses.
• Team member is required to perform all necessary duties of the job. Team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $12.00 per hour
