Position Details
- Seasonal role: May – September
- Full availability required during peak summer season (including weekends and holidays)
- Support daily food and beverage operations at Stillwater Pool.
- Ensure consistent execution of Hyatt service standards.
- Monitor service flow and assist during peak periods.
- Engage with guests to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool areas.
- Assist in supervising servers, bartenders, and support staff.
- Provide hands-on leadership during busy service times.
- Support onboarding and training of seasonal colleagues.
- Promote a positive and team-focused environment.
- Assist with scheduling and shift management.
- Support inventory and ordering processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate updates and needs to leadership.
- Partner with Recreation, Culinary, and leadership teams.
- Support poolside programming and events.
- Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service standards.
