Position Details
- Seasonal role: May – September
- Full availability required during peak summer season (including weekends and holidays)
- Support daily food and beverage operations.
- Ensure prompt and attentive service in line with Hyatt standards.
- Monitor service flow and assist during peak periods.
- Address guest concerns and escalate when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the pool area.
- Supervise servers, bartenders, and support staff during shifts.
- Provide direction and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with onboarding and training new colleagues.
- Promote strong communication and teamwork.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support inventory and organization of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards.
- Communicate operational needs to management.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
