Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in delivering food, clearing plates, and maintaining clean and organized tables.
- Refill water, bread, and other table-side needs during service.
- Support with table resetting, silverware polishing, and maintaining side stations.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow sanitation standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and assist with any special requests or accommodations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport food service items (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior restaurant or hotel experience preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
