- Prepare and serve handcrafted espresso beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks with consistency and care.
- Warm and serve grab‑and‑go food items and light fare according to safety and quality standards.
- Greet guests, answer questions about offerings, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash and point‑of‑sale transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market, including stocking shelves and restocking condiments and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Deliver friendly, efficient service during peak business hours while maintaining attention to detail.
