Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage handling and storage
- Provide directions, resort information, and local recommendations
- Coordinate transportation and assist with valet and shuttle services when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, lobby, and guest entry areas
- Collaborate with the Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to lift, carry, and move luggage or other items (up to 75 lbs)
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Previous guest service or hotel experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Additionally, this position will require a rotation of two overnight shifts.
- This shift recieves 100% of tips
- An increase of $1.00 per hour
