Guest Service & Front Desk Operations
- Welcoming guests, performing check‑ins and check‑outs, and assisting with any late‑night inquiries.
- Communicating hotel services, amenities, transportation options, and promotions clearly and confidently.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for overnight guest needs, requests, and concerns.
- Taking ownership of guest recovery, resolving service issues with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
- Maintaining the safety and security of the lobby and front‑of‑house areas during overnight hours.
- Completing nightly audit procedures, reconciling daily transactions, and ensuring financial accuracy across hotel outlets.
- Balancing room revenue, posting adjustments, and preparing end‑of‑day reports for hotel leadership.
- Monitoring and verifying reservations, rates, and billing accuracy.
- Troubleshooting discrepancies and ensuring proper documentation for accounting review.

- Flexible overnight availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous front desk, hotel operations, or night audit experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Confidence working independently while managing guest interactions and financial tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience in customer service with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work an overnight shift with sustained focus.
