What Will You Be Responsible For?

As a Front Desk Night Auditor, you are the face of Hyatt during the overnight hours - providing warm, welcoming, and attentive service at a time when guests need it most. This highly visible role combines guest-service excellence with critical nightly financial and operational responsibilities.

Guest Service & Front Desk Operations

• Welcoming guests, performing check‑ins and check‑outs, and assisting with any late‑night inquiries.
• Communicating hotel services, amenities, transportation options, and promotions clearly and confidently.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for overnight guest needs, requests, and concerns.
• Taking ownership of guest recovery, resolving service issues with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
• Maintaining the safety and security of the lobby and front‑of‑house areas during overnight hours.
  
  

Night Audit Responsibilities

• Completing nightly audit procedures, reconciling daily transactions, and ensuring financial accuracy across hotel outlets.
• Balancing room revenue, posting adjustments, and preparing end‑of‑day reports for hotel leadership.
• Monitoring and verifying reservations, rates, and billing accuracy.
• Troubleshooting discrepancies and ensuring proper documentation for accounting review.

• Confidence working independently while managing guest interactions and financial tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work an overnight shift with sustained focus.
