About The Role

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our Banquets department as well as the food and beverage outlets as needed. You’ll work closely with the Banquet and Food & Beverage Managers to ensure smooth and efficient service. This person supervises event room set-ups, service, maintenance of all banquet functions and banquet equipment and ensures adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Additional responsibilities may include training/coaching, scheduling, onboarding team members to ensure high standard of customer service is met.

The hourly rate for this position is $27/hr.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred.
  • 2 years in food and beverage
  • Food handling license required.
  • National, Local, State food and health safety regulations knowledge.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with hospitality/hotels preferred.
