Summary

Hyatt is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Expeditor to support the restaurant team in coordinating food service operations between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area
• Ensure food items are complete, properly plated, and meet presentation standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to maintain service timing
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the expediting area
• Support general restaurant operations as needed
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication and coordination skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
