Greeters play a critical role in creating a positive first impression and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact, they warmly welcome guests, manage seating accommodations, and provide menu recommendations that help set the tone for the entire dining experience. Greeters also often serve as the final point of contact, giving them a unique opportunity to ensure guest satisfaction and leave a lasting positive impression.
If you have experience as a restaurant host or hostess, the skills you have developed are highly transferable and valuable in this role. Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
