What You’ll Do
- Coordinate vendor arrivals, deliveries, and freight movement
- Manage dock schedules, traffic flow, and freight elevators
- Ensure vendors follow hotel guidelines, safety standards, and timelines
- Conduct walkthroughs to protect hotel property and track accountability
- Partner with Event Services, Engineering, and Security teams
- Solve real-time operational challenges during events

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, events, logistics, or operations
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence to lead and enforce standards with vendors
- Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)
