Additional responsibilities include preparing daily specials, checking the quality of finished food products, ensuring efficient preparation methods and procedures on a daily basis, and receiving products from the storeroom. - At least 2 years of experience with working in all kitchens, such as the cold kitchen, restaurants, banquets, and the butcher area.
- Hotel cooking experience and/or culinary degree preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Requires moderate supervision and training
- Texas Food Handlers Certification
- Flexibility to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays
