Duties
- Lead and manage the front office team, including reception, concierge, night audit, and guest services staff, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures and efficient handling of guest requests and inquiries
- Implement and maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring all guests receive personalized attention and support throughout their stay
- Manage multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest communications to provide prompt and professional responses
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve issues swiftly
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement; develop strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality industry best practices
Skills
