Duties

  • Lead and manage the front office team, including reception, concierge, night audit, and guest services staff, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures and efficient handling of guest requests and inquiries
  • Implement and maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring all guests receive personalized attention and support throughout their stay
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest communications to provide prompt and professional responses
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve issues swiftly
  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement; develop strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality industry best practices

Skills

  • Extensive experience in hospitality management with a strong background in hotel operations and front desk supervision
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively
  • Proven expertise in guest relations, customer service excellence, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with proficiency in multi-line phone systems
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills tailored for a fast-paced resort or hotel setting; ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully
