Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest information, and coordinate room assignments
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Support night audit procedures by balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy during overnight shifts
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards at all times, fostering a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in multiple languages is advantageous
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems, reservation software, or property management systems (PMS) is desirable
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and resort environments will help you excel in this role
