Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining floor finishes to uphold safety and aesthetic standards
- Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Handle janitorial tasks efficiently by disposing of trash, cleaning windows, dusting surfaces, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas
- Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning when necessary to maintain high hygiene standards in all areas of the hotel
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and custodial equipment operation
- Experience with industrial cleaning processes is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
