Summary
Join our Housekeeping team at Hyatt Centric Key West and help create exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every room is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. As a Room Attendant, you'll play an essential role in delivering the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality our guests expect.
What You'll Do
- Clean assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to Hyatt brand standards.
- Make beds, change linens, replenish towels and amenities, dust, mop, and vacuum.
- Report maintenance concerns and guest items left behind.
- Use a mobile device to manage your daily room assignments.
- Keep housekeeping equipment clean and organized.
- Work closely with fellow housekeeping colleagues while providing friendly service to guests when needed.

Schedule
This is a full-time, hourly position requiring open availability, including weekends and holidays. Typical shifts begin at 8:30 a.m. and are generally 8 hours, depending on business needs.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Good verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight
- Attention to detail and good time management
- Previous hotel cleaning experience preferred
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and/or reach for the duration of the shift, including moving between floors and buildings with large carts and equipment
