In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk and Guest Services teams, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome, personalized service, and a seamless arrival and departure experience. You'll lead by example, coach and develop team members, and help create a culture of service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support Front Desk and Guest Services colleagues during daily operations.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver Hyatt's exceptional service standards.
- Foster a welcoming, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Monitor cash handling procedures, shift audits, and operational controls.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and maintaining efficient front office operations.
- Ensure colleagues are knowledgeable about hotel services, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Partner with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain Hyatt brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Schedule: This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Front Office Manager. The weekly schedule includes two (2) overnight shifts and three (3) daytime shifts, with availability required for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of front desk or hotel Rooms operations experience preferred
- A true desire to care for people and create exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Service-oriented approach with a hands-on leadership style
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull moderate weight as needed
- Dependable, flexible, and committed to teamwork
