Position Summary
We’re looking for a clinician who treats every member like family – who listens closely, meets people right where they are, and does whatever it takes to get them the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
As a Direct Primary Care Clinician, you’ll manage your own member panel, build real relationships through longer visits and less red tape, and help us show that primary care can feel personal again.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver the right care, in the right place, at the right time, through in-person visits, virtual care, secure messaging, and hands-on care navigation
- Manage your panel with whatever-it-takes energy — staying ahead on prevention and chronic disease management, and making yourself easy to reach
- Collaborate with care teams to keep improving outcomes
- Bring your own unique talents and perspective, and assist us in finding better, smarter ways to care for our members
- Show up, smile, and make a positive difference, daily
What You'll Bring (Required)
- All licensure levels accepted (NP, PA, MD, DO)
- Commitment to the philosophy of extra time, access, relationships, and member-first care
- Ability to provide care in-person and virtually
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and independent practice skills
- Desire to grow, improve, and help shape the future of primary care
