Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully the individual knowledge of Microsoft Office; Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and have the ability to maintain and navigate through electronic applicant files.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
This position includes the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.
- Posts jobs on job sites.
- Coordinates communication with applicants.
- Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt positions for corporate office and contract personnel.
- Verifies candidates meet position requirements in accordance with contract Performance Work Statements (PWS) and contract requirements.
- Verifies candidates possess DoD-required certifications when necessary.
- Schedules phone screens and initial interviews.
- Maintains Department of Labor compliance concerning recruitment.
- Communicates with HR staff and Program Managers regarding candidate pipeline progress.
- Creates a pipeline of active and passive candidates using a variety of sourcing methods such as social networking, professional associations, and professional meetings.
- Completes necessary pre-employment process including reference and background checks.
- Files and maintains applicant record for future reference.
- Coordinates, participates in, sets up, and works job fairs.
This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
