Who You Are
You’re an early-career IT professional or student who’s eager to build a strong foundation in technical support. You enjoy solving problems, helping others, and being the go-to person when something isn’t working. You’re dependable, adaptable, and quick to learn—whether that’s through hands-on experience or figuring things out independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide firstlevel technical support for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve user support tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with workstation setup, imaging, and basic system configuration
- Support user account management and basic access control tasks
- Escalate complex technical issues as needed
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
- Deliver professional and courteous support to all staff, including executive leadership
- Currently pursuing, or intending to pursue, a career in Information Technology or a related field
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a changing environment
- Ability to pivot priorities on short notice
- Capable of independent learning and problemsolving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly when supporting executive leadership
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Deer Park without issue
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs
- CompTIA A , Network , IT Fundamentals, or other relevant certifications
- Exposure to helpdesk environments, troubleshooting, or basic networking concepts
- Handson IT experience in a professional environment
- Exposure to a broad range of technologies and realworld IT scenarios

Salary : $15 - $20
