Seeking an experienced Office Manager to support two senior executives for an exclusive luxury travel and event management company based in Boston.
This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll serve as the operational hub of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business—managing executive calendars, complex domestic and international travel, client communications, special projects, and ensuring the office operates efficiently and with accountability. You'll also oversee company initiatives, help drive projects to completion, and keep the team organized, on track, and accountable.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and thrives in an environment where priorities change quickly. You are comfortable supporting executives who travel extensively around the world and understand international time zones, travel logistics, currencies, and cultural nuances. You have outstanding follow-through, excellent judgment, and the confidence to hold others accountable while maintaining a positive, collaborative approach.
