What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer, Asphalt position at Hutch Paving Incorporated?
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2-3 Years experience in asphalt construction
- Ability to perform general labor tasks related to asphalt construction, i.e. shovel, rake, sweep, flag, etc.
- Ability and/or willingness to learn to operate any of the equipment related to placing and compacting asphalt, i.e. paver, rollers, etc.
- Ability to get along with others on a 5 or more-person crew
- Ability to perform all job requirements safely
- All other tasks assigned
