Job Overview
We are an established asphalt paving company seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator / Laborer to join our team for the 2026 season and beyond. The ideal candidate brings hands-on equipment experience, and a strong work ethic. CHAUFFER'S LICENSE AND EXPERIENCE IN SKID STEER OPERATION REQUIRED!!
Key Responsibilitie
- Operate Skid Steer safely and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of grade elevations using grade stakes, laser levels preferred
- Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and report deficiencies
Required Qualifications
- Certified or highly proficient in operating Skid Steer, (Bulldozer, Excavator a plus)
- Basic understanding of grade matching, drainage slopes, and elevation control
- Valid chauffer's license;s
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
