Since 1997, Huston Graphics & Printing has helped businesses, schools, and organizations across Northern Colorado stand out with custom apparel, headwear, and branded gear. We’re a creative, professional shop with deep local roots — and we’re looking for the right person to join our team.
If you’re organized, friendly, and computer-savvy, this role will give you the chance to keep projects moving, connect with clients, and be part of a creative environment. No apparel experience needed — we’ll train you on that part!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting walk-in clients and answering phones with a professional, friendly tone.
- Responding to emails and preparing quotes for clients.
- Entering orders into our systems (FileMaker & Monday.com).
- Confirming order details, payments, and approvals.
- Communicating with clients to clarify artwork, product, or order questions from the production team.
- Assisting with receiving shipments when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer/admin skills (Microsoft Office, email/phone etiquette).
- Experience with FileMaker or Monday.com is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly, approachable personality — casual and easy to talk to.
- Organized and detail-oriented (you’ll help keep orders on track).
- Open to learning the apparel side of the business.
