Husk Signs is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team. Job responsibilities, skills and qualifications are listed below.

Daily activities include travelling with our team to a variety of customer business locations to safely and efficiently install exterior signs. This will sometimes require the removal of existing signage

The Husk Family is looking for a team member who enjoys goal setting, working at a quick pace to exceed expectations and want to make a difference daily. We offer flexible schedules, Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:00am to 4:00pm.

Hourly starting pay rate of $19 or more depending on experience and skillset.

Responsibilities:

· Participate in the installation of a variety of sign products at business locations.

· Ability to pay attention to details and follow procedures.

· Basic use of power tools, equipment and other machinery

· Comfortable working in a bucket truck with higher than average aerial work of 10 feet to 30 feet.

· Able to handle cement work for occasional excavation to dig small footers for sign foundations.

· Perform some electrical work to connect sign components to electricity provided by others.

· Keep a clean and safe work environment

· Maintain great attendance in accordance with our attendance policy

· Work closely with Team Leader and Installation Manager to ensure department success

· Collaborate with project managers, sales reps, customers and other team members to ensure safety and protocols exceed expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

· Constant walking, standing, and working with your hands for an entire shift

· Valid drivers license and good driving history required.

· Enthusiasm, passion, positive attitude and pride in your work.

· Demonstrated ability to work with US measuring standards.

· Good oral communication skills and ability to show a high level of professionalism and trustworthiness.

· Recognize and acknowledge the high moral quality and goodwill of the Company

· Desire to learn, follow instructions and treat other team members with respect
