The Opportunity


We are seeking an Account Executive to drive growth through relationship-led sales and strategic engagement with high-value clients.


This role is designed for someone who can independently source and close opportunities by leveraging their network, developing trusted relationships, and navigating complex, high-touch sales cycles. You will work directly with leadership while engaging with senior decision-makers including executives, CISOs, founders, and high-net-worth individuals.


This is not a high-volume outbound role. Success in this position comes from thoughtful outreach, strong relationships, and the ability to operate credibly in executive environments.


High performers will have the opportunity to grow into senior sales leadership roles as Hush continues to scale.


What You’ll Do


Develop new business opportunities through personal networks, referrals, and targeted outreach


Build and maintain relationships with executives, CISOs, founders, and strategic partners


Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through close


Lead discovery conversations and guide clients through a consultative buying process


Represent Hush in high-trust, high-discretion interactions


Maintain clear visibility into pipeline, deal progression, and forecasting


Collaborate with leadership on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy


Contribute to refining Hush’s relationship-driven sales approach


What We’re Looking For


Requirements


Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in high-value or complex sales environments)


Demonstrated ability to build and leverage professional relationships


Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders


High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism


Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment


Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems


Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
