We are looking for a Host / Busser who is friendly, polished, hardworking, and takes pride in creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests walk through the door until the moment they leave.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being around people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of hospitality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow throughout service
- Escort guests to tables and communicate clearly with servers and management
- Answer phones and assist with guest questions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front entrance and dining room
- Reset and clean tables quickly and properly
- Pre-buss tables throughout service
- Refill waters, assist with running food, and support the service team when needed
- Keep floors, restrooms, host stand, and dining areas clean throughout the shift
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move quickly throughout the shift
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
