Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take orders, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures - Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences - Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding the handling of food and beverages - Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and new cocktail recipes - Assist with bar inventory management and restocking as needed Skills: - Strong math skills for accurately processing payments and calculating change - Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order entry and payment processing - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating recipe proportions - Knowledge of retail math for pricing drinks and calculating profit margins - Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus - Familiarity with banquet operations is beneficial - Excellent food service skills, including knowledge of proper food handling procedures - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner - Cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail Join our team as a Bartender and showcase your mixology skills while providing outstanding service to our valued customers.
