Hurrdat Sports Bar & Grill is a unique sports bar, restaurant, and entertainment experience created by Hurrdat and Hail Varsity. We have created an energetic environment where fans can come together to share their passion for sports over a bite and a beer. 

Hurrdat is one of a kind. A media, marketing, and entertainment agency. We were founded in Lincoln, Nebraska as a small team of two in 2010, offering social media services to brands and athletes. After a decade of growth later we have grown to be a uniquely well-rounded marketing and advertising agency with in-house media, sports, entertainment, and film divisions. Mergers and acquisitions over the years (with B2 Interactive, Disconnected Media, Digital Hero Films, Victory Fighting Championship, Hail Varsity, and Parkville Media) have grown our team to over 150 people. We serve over 200 clients who collectively operate in 8 countries, including 43 states in the United States. Our clients range from local businesses just starting to build their brand and online presence to enterprise organizations. 

About the role: 

We are seeking servers! If you are enthusiastic, motivated, have fun energy and a great attitude, we want you to work with us! Our ideal candidate is reliable and takes pride in providing exceptional service to our guests. This position reports directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Managers. 

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to): 

• Answer menu questions 

• A solid understanding of our menu and ingredients of dishes/cocktails 

• Make food and drink recommendations 

• Maintain table appearance 

• Course food items appropriately 

• Perform side work and end-of-shift closeout tasks 
   

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Serving and/or Restaurant FOH experience preferred 

• LiquorExam.com Certification (Company Provided) 

• Willing to work nights and weekends 

• Customer service, multitasking, and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to memorize and recall menu items 

• Attention to detail 

Working Conditions and Physical Effort: 

• Work is performed in a typical restaurant environment. 

• Will lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds using safe and proper lifting methods. 

• Physical stamina to work on your feet throughout your shift
