About the role: 

We are seeking a Culinary Team Member that bring our elevated dishes to life, working alongside a passionate team to create memorable meals that keep our guest comming back. This position reports directly to the Kitchen Supervisor and Kitchen Manager. 

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to): 

• Execute menu items with precision, following Hurrdat’s recipes and standards. 

• Work efficiently at your station (grill, sauté, fry, or prep) during busy services. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas. 

• Assist with food prep, inventory management, and stock rotation. 

• Collaborate with fellow Culinary Team Members to ensure smooth service. 

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. 

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• 1 years of kitchen experience preferred, but passion and a great attitude are key. 

• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. 

• A team-first mindset—because we win together. 

• Willingness to learn and take pride in your craft. 

• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and game-day shifts. 

Working Conditions and Physical Effort: 

• Work is performed in a typical restaurant environment. 

• Will lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds using safe and proper lifting methods.
