Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the firm’s social media strategy across social platforms
- Create fresh, engaging, and on-brand content (copy, graphics, short-form video)
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
- Capture on-site footage at events, offices, and in the community
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of all social channels:
- TikTok
- X (Twitter)
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally - with availability to monitor in off business hours
- Support community outreach initiatives and firm events
- Assist with administrative and marketing projects as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts in a professional/business setting
- Strong understanding of social media trends, SEO, and analytics
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and tracking
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor when representing the firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
- Prior marketing or administrative experience required
