Hupy and Abraham, a personal injury law firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a professional and motivated Intake Specialist for the Green Bay office.The Intake Specialist is responsible for screening potential new client calls and completing the intake process. RESPONSIBILITIES:Screening potential new client callsConducting electronic, phone, mail, or in-person signupsExplaining the Firm’s services and the benefit of hiring an attorney to help navigate the legal process Gathering facts and entering in the Firm’s case management softwareManaging and tracking intake documents; gathering missing or incomplete informationFollowing up on 3rd party lead programsUploading documents, photographs, and pertinent case information Completing field tasks delegated by an Attorney or SupervisorOther duties and projects assigned REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma with 2 - 5 years of experience in a customer service role. Experience working at a law firm preferred.Must be able to be to travel locally using own vehicle as needed.
