We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Vice-Principal. As a leader at HCA, you will be responsible for assisting the Principal in daily operations, supporting our dedicated faculty, and ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education rooted in a Christian worldview.
We are looking for a candidate who balances professional administrative expertise with a deep, personal commitment to Christian ministry.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist in daily school operations, including partnering with the Principal on scheduling, compliance with educational regulations, and event planning and execution.
- Student Support: Assist in maintaining biblical discipline strategies; promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, church partners, and the Huntsville community to support the school’s mission.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for seasoned administrators who meet one of the following profiles:
- Christian School Veteran: Previous leadership experience (Principal or Vice-Principal level) specifically within a private Christian school setting.
- Public School Expert with Ministry Heart: Extensive professional administrative experience in the public school system, paired with active, ongoing involvement in Children’s Ministry or a related church leadership role.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a school leadership role.
- Faith: A clear testimony of faith and a commitment to the mission and statement of faith of Huntsville Christian Academy.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to inspire a team.
