We are currently hiring Customer Service (BSO – Baggage Agent, American Airlines) to support ground operations at Dulles International Airport (IAD). This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are reliable, physically active, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Position Details

• Availability Requirements:

  • Open schedule required

  • Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory

  • Must be willing to stay until the ticket counter is closed in the event of flight delays

  • Reliable transportation is required

• Mandatory training will be conducted in Texas

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with baggage check-in and claim services

• Load and unload luggage and cargo safely from aircraft

• Transport baggage between aircraft and designated areas on the tarmac

• Operate baggage carts and ground support equipment

• Comply with all airport safety procedures and security protocols

• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs

• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Must pass an airport background check and obtain necessary security clearance
