Position Title: Shuttle Driver
Location: 3550 E Post Rd #100 Las Vegas, NV. 89120 (LAS)
Compensation: $14.00 per hour, plus tips
Shift: Open availability preferred. We are a 24/7 Operation!

Huntleigh USA is seeking dedicated, customer service–driven professionals to serve as a Shuttle Driver. This position is responsible for safely transporting airline crew members between the airport and designated hotels, as well as performing ramp escort services in secure airport areas.

Position Objective:

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional ground transportation services for airline crew members between the airport and designated hotels. This position also includes conducting ramp escort services within the LAS airport while ensuring strict adherence to all safety, security, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operational safety and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles between the airport and hotel locations
• Conduct ramp escort services in compliance with airport security procedures
• Provide courteous, professional service to airline crew members and airport staff
• Complete vehicle inspections, trip logs, and reports as required
• Ability to load and unload luggage
• Adhere to all airport, DOT, and company safety regulations
• Ability to gain familiarity with the routes
• Maintain ongoing communication with the dispatcher to coordinate timely pick-ups
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• The safety of all passengers is the prime responsibility of shuttle drivers. At the beginning and end of their shift, they are to fully inspect their vehicle to ensure that it is functioning as designed. They must follow all traffic laws and posted speed limits. If they encounter any unsafe conditions, road hazards or accidents, they report the problems to dispatch immediately. If their vehicle develops mechanical difficulties, they document the problems and communicate needed repairs to dispatch. They must ensure that passengers and luggage are safely loaded and unloaded from their vehicles.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to successfully pass required DOT Drug and alcohol screenings. DOT does NOT allow the use of THC
• Must pass 20 year airport security background check and obtain ramp access credentials.
• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean DMV driving record printout of 3 years
• Ability to lift and load up to 75 lbs 
• Physically able to bend, squat, push, and stand 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Reliable transportation and dependable contact information
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident or possess a valid work permit
• Availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Training & Uniform Standards

• Training will be provided by Huntleigh USA. 
• Professional appearance required: company-issued uniform shirts, neat grooming, no visible tattoos, and no facial piercings.
