At our Lehi–American Fork center, we work with students from kindergarten through high school in reading, writing, math, study skills, and ACT prep. Every program starts with an in-depth academic evaluation, so families know exactly where their child stands and how we can help them grow.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a friendly, confident communicator who enjoys talking with people and helping families. You’ll be the first voice parents hear when they reach out for help with their child’s education. Your job is to listen, share what we do, and schedule Academic Evaluations — the starting point of every success story here.
You’ll also reach back out to families who’ve shown interest before, keeping conversations warm and helping them take that next step.
What You’ll Do
- Answer calls and texts from parents looking for tutoring support
- Explain our programs and help schedule Academic Evaluations
- Send and record payments for evaluations
- Follow up with past leads and reactivation lists
- Log all activity in our simple online tools (Airtable, MessageDesk)
- Share quick updates with the team through Slack
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, clear, and caring phone presence
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Organized, reliable, and good at following through
- Comfortable using web-based tools
- Flexible and able to adapt conversations to different families
Hours & Pay
- 10–20 hours per week
- Most shifts between 3–8 PM (flexible)
- On-site training, with potential for remote work afterward
- Hourly pay plus commission
