Fiber Optic Sales Rep — Travel Required | Uncapped Commission | Paid Weekly

This job is hard. The earning potential is real.

We travel across the country selling fiber-optic internet door-to-door for approximately 10 days per month.

This is a 1099, commission-based sales position with weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and real opportunity for people who are willing to work.

$3,500–$8,000 months are possible based on performance. Strong producers can earn more.

No sales experience is required.

But this is not easy money.

You’ll walk neighborhoods, knock doors, talk to homeowners, hear “no” constantly, and have days that test you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our team travels to active fiber markets throughout the country and sells residential fiber-optic internet.

We typically travel approximately 10 days each month.

The company provides:

• Airbnb/lodging while in market
• Transportation while in market
• Sales training and coaching
• Ongoing support from experienced reps and managers
• Access to active fiber sales markets

Reps are responsible for purchasing their own round-trip flights to and from the sales market.

We want to be completely upfront about that before you apply.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We care much more about work ethic and attitude than your résumé.

Some of the people we’re most interested in come from backgrounds like:

• Construction and trades
• Roofing and landscaping
• Warehousing and manufacturing
• Oil and gas
• Automotive
• Delivery and moving
• Other physically demanding or performance-based jobs

Maybe you’ve always been willing to outwork the people around you, but your paycheck hasn’t reflected it.

We can teach you how to sell. We can’t teach you to be hungry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is real door-to-door sales.

You’ll:

• Walk residential neighborhoods
• Knock doors and speak with homeowners
• Explain their fiber internet options
• Help customers sign up for service
• Learn how to handle objections and close sales
• Work alongside a competitive sales team

Some days will be great. Some won’t.

The people who stay consistent through the hard days are the ones who usually separate themselves.

COMPENSATION

1099 Independent Contractor — Commission-Based

• PAID WEEKLY
• $3,500–$8,000 monthly earning potential
• Uncapped commission

Training is provided but is not paid.

Your income is based on your production.
