Valid and current qualifying credential/permit issued by the California Commission on Teaching Credentialing such as CA Teaching Credential (Single/Multiple Subject, Education Specialist Instruction, Pupil Personnel Services) or Emergency 30-Day Substitute Permit - please attach Credential Copy (see https://ocde.us/Credentials/Pages/default.aspx for details.)
3. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation - please attach a minimum of three recent letters. Recent is defined as within the last two years. Each letter must be signed, dated and include contact information for the reference. Letters received without a signature, date and contact information will automatically be rejected. Attachments added after the closing date will not be considered.)
