A global industry leader is seeking a high-impact HR Manager to lead Human Resources for a rapidly scaling operation supporting a complex, high-volume production environment in Charleston, SC.

What You’ll Be Leading
- HR leadership for a rapidly growing site currently supporting approximately 200 employees
- A predominantly hourly/blue-collar workforce operating across multiple shifts
- Site-level HR operations within a high-volume logistics/3PL environment
- HR stabilization, process improvement, and operational scaling initiatives
- Strategic partnership with senior operational leadership
- Oversight and support of onsite HR staff
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Serve as the lead HR partner for site operations leadership
- Drive employee relations strategy and day-to-day workforce support
- Lead HR operations across:
- Workforce planning
- Recruitment oversight
- Payroll coordination
- Benefits support
- Compliance
- Performance management
- Support high-volume hourly recruiting initiatives
- Ensure strong HR process execution and operational consistency
- Partner closely with centralized HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Benefits
- Maintain a visible and engaged presence across shifts and operational teams
- Support future business growth, expansion efforts, and operational scaling initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is best suited for an experienced operational HR leader.
Required Experience
- HR Manager or Site HR leadership experience
- Strong background supporting:
- Manufacturing operations
- Logistics or distribution environments
- 3PL operations
- Multi-shift workforces
- Significant experience supporting hourly/blue-collar employee populations
- Proven ability to operate in both strategic and hands-on HR capacities
- Experience supporting rapid growth, organizational scaling, or operational transformation environments
- Strong employee relations and workforce management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred
- Experience with Workday HCM and/or UKG
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
Work Environment
- Fully onsite role supporting a three-shift logistics operation
- Non-union, production-driven environment with a logistics workforce
- Visible site leadership position requiring strong presence on the floor and in leadership meetings
- Flexibility required to support:

- Off-shift meetings/events
- Occasional weekend business needs
