This is a fully onsite leadership position responsible for driving all HR strategy and execution for a 250 employee facility operating across engineering, production, assembly, and operations.

Work Environment
- Fully onsite leadership role supporting a two-shift manufacturing operation
- Non-union, production-driven environment with engineering, assembly, and skilled trades workforce
- Visible site leadership position requiring strong presence on the floor and in leadership meetings
- Flexibility required to support:
- Multi-shift operations
- Off-shift meetings/events
- Occasional weekend business needs
Scope of Responsibility
- Lead all HR functions for a manufacturing site
- Serve as strategic HR partner to Site Operations and leadership team
- Oversee HR team including Senior HR Generalist and HR Coordinator
- Partner cross-functionally on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness
- Drive employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations
- Support site growth, efficiency initiatives, and leadership development
- Act as both strategic advisor and hands-on HR operator in a fast-paced production environment

What We’re Looking For (requirements)
- HR Manager or site-level HR leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or assembly environments
- Proven success supporting multi-shift operations and production-based workforces
- Strong employee relations background with the ability to navigate complex, hands-on HR issues
- Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with operational execution in real time
- Experience leading or mentoring onsite HR staff
- Strong background supporting:
- Manufacturing operations
- Logistics or distribution environments
- 3PL operations
- Multi-shift workforces
- Significant experience supporting hourly/blue-collar employee populations
- Proven ability to operate in both strategic and hands-on HR capacities
- Experience supporting rapid growth, organizational scaling, or operational transformation environments
- Strong employee relations and workforce management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred
- Experience with Workday HCM and/or UKG
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
