We're currently seeking a Plumbing Excavation Sales Specialist/ Camera Professional to join our team providing top-notch service to our customers. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, team-oriented individual who is eager to learn and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
This is not just another sales job. You'll be diagnosing real issues using sewer camera technology, helping homeowners understand what's going on underground, and offering permanent solutions like trenchless pipe relining and excavation. We provide the training, tools, and support—you bring the drive and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a sewer camera to diagnose pipe issues such as roots, breaks, or collapses
- Communicate findings clearly to customers and build trust through honest explanations
- Develop and present repair solutions, including excavation and trenchless relining
- Provide quotes and close sales based on the customer's needs and video evidence
- Maintain detailed notes and use technology to create accurate job records
- Represent the MasterTech brand with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety procedures
What You Bring to the Table:
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving instincts
- Technical experience not required, but sales experience is
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and job site environments
- Self-motivated and organized with strong communication skills
- Ready to work on a base commission pay structure
- Valid driver's license (Class E or willingness to obtain)
