Outside Sales Professional for Water Restoration

Water can be lifesaving, but it can also be earth shattering when it causes damage to homes, businesses, and belongings. Roto-Rooter is there to help ensure that the destruction caused by water is cleaned up, but more importantly we strive to provide peace of mind and guidance during a process that can be scary and confusing. We are looking for an experienced outside sales individual that our neighbors in the Columbia, Jefferson City, and surrounding areas can count on and trust to guide them through the clean-up process.

If you have experience in sales and are a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced environment this is a chance to build a great career.

We want YOU on our team if you possess:

• Sales experience, preferably in-home or outside sales, in the service, restoration, insurance, or construction industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Xactimate, IICRC, and/or insurance work is a plus
• Valid driver’s license

YOUR responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with customers who have had a water loss and guiding them through the clean-up process
• Performing site inspections and presenting solutions to the customer
• Following pricing and industry standard guidelines to develop a scope of work, estimate and close jobs
• Completing initial documentation
• Being the point of contact for customers and insurance companies throughout the entire process
• Placing drying equipment and helping get homes back to normal
• Providing excellent customer service
• Fulfilling sales quota
