Engineer

Engineer (2nd Shift)

Waukesha, WI

Engineer will play a key role in supporting engineering projects from concept through testing and implementation. Engineer will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. Engineer will assist in designing, developing, and validating solutions while contributing to research, documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

Engineer Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in designing and developing engineering solutions, products, and systems
• Conduct research and analysis for projects, including gathering data, reviewing technical literature, and assisting with feasibility studies
• Prepare and update engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation
• Assist with building, testing, and validating prototypes, while accurately documenting results and observations
• Work with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, define project goals, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Help troubleshoot technical issues and support the implementation of corrective actions
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve engineering processes and methods
  
  

Engineer Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Experience in quality inspection - final product testing and raw materials
• Proficient in reading blueprints
• Knowledge of wiring or electrical schematics
• Experience reviewing welds, paint jobs, and assembled components
• Ability to work in an active manufacturing environment
  
  

Engineer Additional Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
• Knowledge of three-phase electrical transformers or similar equipment
