As an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. You’ll collaborate with managers to attract and retain top talent, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals
- Manage recruiting, assessment, and selection processes for multiple roles
- Support employee relations, investigations, and performance improvement plans
- Coordinate required government and compliance reporting (EEO-1, VET100, OFCCP, etc.)
- Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and cost-per-hire
- Support Paycom system administration and help optimize performance review processes
- Collaborate with training teams to identify development opportunities for employees
- Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (preferred)
- 5 years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Paycom or other HRIS systems a plus
- Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Ability to travel up to 20%
